This weekend, MCCN had the pleasure of participating in @HopetheMission Drumstick Dash Packet Pickup Day as an alternative engagement opportunity and it was amazing!
We are grateful for the chance to connect with participants and supporters on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at Westfield Fashion Square in Sherman Oaks during Hope the Mission’s Drumstick Dash Packet Pickup Day. Our team was on-site engaging with the community, sharing resources, and supporting Hope the Mission’s incredible work. It was truly inspiring to meet so many enthusiastic runners, families, volunteers, and community members - your energy fuels our mission!
A huge thank-you to Hope the Mission for welcoming us, and to everyone who stopped by our booth. We look forward to continuing our partnership and finding more ways to support our community together.

We started the morning at their weekly Food Bank, connecting with families and supporting their incredible work.
In the afternoon, we joined the Thanksgiving Give away, where we shared valuable resources from Mission City Community Network and helped celebrate a beautiful day of service.
500 turkeys and clothing were distributed to community members, a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish together. Huge appreciation to the Corona Fire Department for joining us and providing essential fire-safety education.

Such a meaningful weekend at the La Puente Community Center! With open enrollment in full swing and so many shifts happening in medical coverage, connecting with our community is more important than ever.
The Breath of Life event gave us a powerful opportunity to share Mission City Community Network’s services, offer resources, and support families on their health journey. Our team truly enjoyed engaging with attendees and providing guidance and care during these uncertain times.

Bringing Care Closer to Our Community with South Asian Network (SAN)!
Mission City Community Network was honored to be part of the Community Health Fair organized by South Asian Network in LA. A beautifully diverse community came together and received free flu shots, health screenings, plus helpful info on Medi-Cal & Covered California to support families and empower wellness.
Grateful for this partnership and the opportunity to connect directly with the community. We are grateful to SAN for organizing this meaningful event and thankful to everyone who stopped by to connect with us! Together, we make healthcare more accessible, inclusive, and community centered.
