This past Saturday, October 11th, MCCN had the pleasure of participating in the City of Hawthorne’s Touch a Truck event! We had a great time connecting with community members, sharing information about our services, and engaging with local organizations like @Republic Services, @McCormick, @Hawthorne Animal Control, and more.
Events like this help us continue our mission of outreach, support, and building stronger communities. Huge thanks to Hawthorne for the warm welcome and to all who stopped by!!

Mission City Community Network was thrilled to join the Super Moon Festival at West Covina City Hall — a vibrant day of culture, music, food, and community! We were honored to take part in the Health Fair, sharing healthcare resources and connecting with so many wonderful community members about wellness and access to care.

Newberry Springs Food & Commodity Giveaway
Last month, MCCN had the privilege of joining the Newberry Springs Food & Commodity Giveaway, hosted by Mojave Trails Outreach and Food Pantry. This essential event provides vital food support to the Newberry Springs community, and we were honored to be a part of it.
Our team was on site offering free health screenings to community members. These quick health checks are a small but important step in making healthcare more accessible.
We're also helping connect individuals to ongoing healthcare services by offering enrollment opportunities, ensuring that everyone in our community can access the care they need, when they need it.

MCCN was proud to attend the Let’s Rise Together event hosted by the High Desert Black Worker Center (HDBWC), an inspiring gathering focused on career advancement, economic empowerment, and building stronger communities right here in the High Desert.
We were glad to connect with attendees and share information about our healthcare services. At MCCN, we know that access to healthcare is a vital part of career and personal growth, and we are here to support our community every step of the way.
Together, we are building a healthier, stronger community – Together we rise!

We were honored to join the Hispanic Heritage Festival on September 20, 2025, in Downtown Inglewood. This vibrant community celebration brought together local organizations, businesses, and neighbors for a day full of culture, music, and connection. From colorful Folklorico dancing and classic car shows to lively performances, delicious food, and interactive booths, it was inspiring to see the community come alive and celebrate Hispanic heritage together.
We are grateful to have been part of this event alongside so many wonderful partners and look forward to continuing to connect, support, and serve our community.

We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
