Wellness on Wheels!
On September 17th, Mission City’s Community Networks Mobile Unit rolled up to Arroyo Women’s Shelter for a special outreach event.
We had the opportunity to:
✔️ Provide free blood pressure and blood glucose checks
✔️ Share about Mission City Community Network’s services and insurance enrollment support
✔️ Connect with the ladies through an informative presentation about MCCN
✔️ Distribute goodies to brighten their day
We are grateful to Arroyo LAFH for partnering with us to serve and support the community. Together, we can make a difference.

DYD Summer Series & Summit 2025
Celebrating Youth, Leadership & Community at Rooted in Us: DYD Summer Series & Summit 2025
A heartfelt thank you to the Los Angeles County Department of Youth Development for inviting Mission City Community Network to be part of this powerful event at El Cariso Community Regional Park on Saturday 13th September.
We had a wonderful time tabling at the event, connecting with youth, families, and community partners, sharing resources, exchanging ideas, and celebrating leadership and empowerment. We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute and to be #Rooted in community, growth, and collaboration.
MEND's Summer Wellness Fair
What an amazing day at MEND’s Summer Wellness Fair!!
We were honored to be part of this wonderful community event on Saturday, August 30th. It was inspiring to see so many people stop by our booth, connect with us and learn more about the resources available. A big thank you to MEND for including us and for organizing such a meaningful fair full of health screenings, nutrition education, mental health, and so much more. Your commitment to community wellness truly shines

National Health Center Week Celebration
What an Incredible Day!
Our National Health Center Week Celebration on August 8th, 2025, was a huge success!
We had an amazing turnout from our wonderful community, and the energy was truly inspiring.
From free basic health screenings to informational booths, insurance helpdesk support, and special attractions for all ages it was a day filled with learning, laughter, and connection.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who joined us and to our dedicated team & partners who made this event possible. Your support helps us continue our mission of improving our community’s health every day.

NVCS Summer Bash
What an amazing day at the NVCS Summer Bash!
Mission City Community Network was thrilled to join the North Valley Caring Services (NVCS) summer bash. More than 100 families came together to enjoy delicious smoothies, fresh produce giveaways, back-to-school supplies, and a fantastic resource fair. Events like these remind us of the power of community partnerships.
A big thankyou to NVCS for hosting such a meaningful event and to all partners, sponsors and volunteers who made it possible.

Annual Health Fair at Power of God Church
Grateful to be part of the Annual Health Fair at Power of God Church!
On Saturday, May 31st, Mission City Community Network was invited to participate in this amazing event with our mobile clinic on site.
We were honored to offer free basic health screenings including blood pressure and glucose level testing to many community members who took n active step towards their well-being. Everyone also received goodie bags as part of our commitment to preventive care and community well-being.
