SOUTH-BAY REGION

Bringing Care Closer to Our Community with South Asian Network (SAN)!

Mission City Community Network was honored to be part of the Community Health Fair organized by South Asian Network in LA. A beautifully diverse community came together and received free flu shots, health screenings, plus helpful info on Medi-Cal & Covered California to support families and empower wellness.

Grateful for this partnership and the opportunity to connect directly with the community. We are grateful to SAN for organizing this meaningful event and thankful to everyone who stopped by to connect with us!

Together, we make healthcare more accessible, inclusive, and community centered.

Networking With Purpose - Partnerships That Make a Difference! Our Mission City Community Network colleague attended the Karsh Center Collaborator Breakfast, and it was a great reminder of how important networking truly is!

A room full of amazing partners, organizations, and community leaders, all coming together to connect, share ideas, and explore how we can better serve our LA communities. Networking like this strengthens partnerships, helps us learn about new resources, and expands the positive impact we can make in our communities. Thank you to the @KarshCenter for hosting this space where collaboration, conversation, and community support come together so naturally.

Together, we grow stronger and together, we serve better.

Costumes, Connections, and Community - Mission City Community Network Proud to Partner with Inglewood USD!

What a spooktacular time at the Inglewood Unified School District Parent Summit this weekend! Our team had a wonderful time connecting with families and celebrating learning, growth, and community spirit. A big thank you to @Inglewood Unified School District for organizing such an engaging Parent Summit, filled with fun, resources, and smiles for everyone!

We’re especially proud that our Community Outreach Coordinator, an Inglewood USD alum, was part of this event - a true full-circle moment of giving back to the community that helped shape him. Mission City Community Network (MCCN) is honored to have participated and supported this amazing initiative.

This past Saturday, October 11th, MCCN had the pleasure of participating in the City of Hawthorne’s Touch a Truck event! We had a great time connecting with community members, sharing information about our services, and engaging with local organizations like @Republic Services, @McCormick, @Hawthorne Animal Control, and more.

Events like this help us continue our mission of outreach, support, and building stronger communities. Huge thanks to Hawthorne for the warm welcome and to all who stopped by!!

We were honored to join the Hispanic Heritage Festival on September 20, 2025, in Downtown Inglewood. This vibrant community celebration brought together local organizations, businesses, and neighbors for a day full of culture, music, and connection. From colorful Folklorico dancing and classic car shows to lively performances, delicious food, and interactive booths, it was inspiring to see the community come alive and celebrate Hispanic heritage together.

We are grateful to have been part of this event alongside so many wonderful partners and look forward to continuing to connect, support, and serve our community.
